[idn] IAB letter on IDNs and VeriSign

ICANN has recently posted a letter from the IAB to ICANN on the ICANN web site. The letter is the IAB's response to the way that VGRS is currently running the .com and .net TLDs. Folks following IDNs should be interested in it.
