Hi Vint, I think this is really a better way to go about it, to ensure a smooth user experience (than to simply have a switch day). A reasonable timetable in which the registry will maintain both versions seems to be a good compromise for registries such as JPRS who have registered domains in RACE and is planning to move towards Punycode.
