Dear Idrisi List,
I am having some difficulty importing 10 meter USGS DEMs into Idrisi
with the DEMIDRIS command. The image displays, but only in one color.
I have tried changing pallettes and running VAR2FIX on the file. A
HISTO reveals all data falling in one bar or category. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. Along the same lines, the DEMs were downloaded
from Cornell Univeristy's website (CUGIR). They have been compressed
using GZip, I believe. Could the data compression/uncompression have
anything to do with this problem?
