Hi,
I am trying to do a PCA analysis on a set of 204 images, but the PCA
module crashes with the error 'File not found' partway through the
first pass. It can handle 84 images but not 96 - it crashes at about
80% completion of the first pass. With the full set of 204, the
module hangs the whole computer.
Has anyone used PCA for large numbers of images, and is there
anything I can try to get it to run?
