Dear Idrisians:
This message attempt to be a suggestion for Idrisi module performers and
it is stated as a question.
Would it be feasible to implement in Idrisi next versions the
possibility of ignoring the flag value (or background value) in the image
when grouping a binary image?. This subtle difference would led to reduce
the allowable maximum number of groups (32000) and to avoid, then, the
unneccessary step of overlaying the resulting groups (when possible the
grouping operation) with the original image (in the case of the background
value was 0).
