--- Start of Idrisi List message Dear Idrisians, I have detected an error in CROSSTAB in Idrisi for Windows v. 2 (I do not know if this error was present in previous versions). The resulting image and crosstabulation table is wrong when some of the images contain a value outside the "min. value" "max. value" entries of the DOC file, even if this value is flagged as the flag value. For example, imagine an image containing 1 and 2 values and a background of 255, that is documented in the "flag value" and "flag def'n" sections of the DOC file: flag value : 255 flag def'n : background The DOC also states: min. value : 1 max. value : 2 When this image is combined with some other image (for example an image only containing 5 and 6 values, and no flag values), the 255 values of the first image are considered as "2", but in other tests they were considered as "1". Hope this helps, Xavier Pons --- End of Idrisi List message IDRISI-L is an unmoderated list. As a service to list users, please post a summary of useful responses to your questions.
