Dear Colleague,

Season's Greetings! With the beginning of the new semester fast
approaching, we at Clark Labs would like to tell you of some new
educational products we are offering with the Idrisi32 software release.
 These new products are intended to provide flexibility to academic users
in a fast-changing computing environment.

If you are already using Idrisi for teaching, your data is easily converted
to the new format. Written lab exercises will require some editing for use
with the new version. We believe the new features, especially in display,
will make your conversion to the new version well worth your time.

Below are some of the new features of Idrisi32:
* True object-oriented 32-bit code
* Redesigned display system, including 24-bit true color image display
* Integrated real-time GPS support
* Surface modeling, including TIN and Kriging
* Geostatistical support
* Fourier analysis
* New import/export routines, including support for SDTS import of USGS
DEMs
