If you need an orthocorrection model for satellite images, take
a look at the paper:
PAL�, V. & X.PONS (1995) "Incorporation of relief into geometric
corrections based on polynomials" Photogrammetric Engineering &
Remote Sensing, 61(7):935-944.
If you need an implementation of the model, it is implemented in
the MiraMon GIS & RS software:
http://www.creaf.uab.es/miramon
as well as in the internal Cartographic Institute of Catalonia software.
