--- Start of Idrisi List message Dear all, I don't know what is the quality of the new IDRISI32 printing routine. I know that the old version has only few option to produce a quality paper map. I would like to suggest to try a very small program, but very powerfull. The program is OCAD, and it manages mainly vector data, that can be imported in DXF format. A demo version (limited to 500 objects) is available at http://www.ocad.com, but it seems that if you update the demo (download the update program) then no limitation exists to the demo. Unfortunately the IDRISI DXF exporting routine don't keep the attribute value of each vector (i.e., all the DXF exported vectors have a value of 0). I think that if someone could write an exporting routine for OCAD (see the web site) this would solve a lot of problems to print quality maps. In OCAD you can design any kind of graphic object and use it with the point, line, surface tools, or join it to the imported features.
