I wanted to let everyone know that you do not need a technical support
contract to contact us when your Clark Labs software does not appear to be
functioning as documented. (The purchase of technical support contracts
allows you to ask "how do I..." questions, get help with importing files,
get help with the tutorial exercises and so forth.) A form is available on
the technical support area of our web site to facilitate reporting a
technical problem http://www.clarklabs.org/12TEKSUP/TechProb.asp. 

You may post your technical support questions to Idrisi-L as well if you
wish, but please also submit the problem to our technical support staff.
