Hi

If it's AV with Spatial analyst and you are using one of the new patches
(32.10 or 32.11), then you can export your data as a ESRI ASCII grid.

If you only got AV, then export it as a TIFF, Idrisi32 now includes the
world file (tfw) which is nessesary for georeferencing

I haven't tried it with DOQQs but the .lan files created by ERDIDRIS
work for other Idrisi images (in Idrisi 2.0).  There is also an ArcView
extension that will display Idrisi .img files directly.  It is not part of
the standard set of ArcView extensions and I'm not sure where you
get it.  Perhaps the ESRI web page would be a good place to start.
Does anybody on this list know?
