As announced on July 17th, the IESG has been considering an experiment for IETF 73 in Minneapolis to add two Friday afternoon one-hour meeting slots. Today, the IESG decided to proceed with this experiment.
The Friday afternoon schedule will be: 1130-1300 Break 1300-1400 Afternoon Session I 1415-1515 Afternoon Session II Thanks to all who participated in the discussion about this proposed experiment. The IESG looks forward to a discussion of the success / failure of this experiment after the meeting.
