The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits final comments on this action. This document addresses a number of issues in RFC 3775, which are listed in Appendix B, and obsoletes RFC 3775. Please send substantive comments to the [email protected] mailing lists by 2010-11-22.
