This document is the product of the Audio/Video Transport Payloads Working Group. The IESG contact persons are Robert Sparks and Gonzalo Camarillo. This document obsoletes RFC 3189. Working Group Summary This is a product of the PAYLOAD working group. It is an update to an existing payload type. There was no controversy during its development. It only received detail by a few (but sufficient set of) working group members. Document Quality This is an update to an existing payload type reflecting advances in related standards work. The document contains an interoperability with Previous Implementations section. The request for media type review was posted on July 11, 2011.
