We received quite a few responses to our message regarding canceled reservations, at this time we cannot take any more substitutions since we have received more responses than the number of canceled rooms! We will try to get as many people in to the Hilton as possible.
If anyone else that already has a reservation at the Hilton and plans to cancel, please send a message to [email protected] to see if anyone else needs a room.
