This document specifies the syntax of Uniform Resource Identifier
(URI) schemes for the Traversal Using Relays around NAT (TURN)
protocol.  It defines two URI schemes to provision the TURN
Resolution Mechanism (RFC 5928).

This is now a Proposed Standard.
