Purpose: COSE (Constrained Object Signing and Encryption) provides services similar to JSON Web Signature (JWS), JSON Web Encryption (JWE), and JSON Web Key (JWK), making use of JSON Web Algorithms (JWA), for data encoded in the Concise Binary Object Representation (CBOR). This mailing list will be used to discuss COSE related topics, and charter proposals, etc. The goal is to create a new working group to develop COSE specifications.
