A new IETF non-working group email list has been created.

List address: [email protected]
Archive: https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/browse/qlog/
To subscribe: https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/qlog

Purpose:
>From experience in the QUIC working group, we have noticed the need for a
>single, interoperable endpoint logging/data representation format to serve as
>the basis for re-usable tools and shareable datasets. Discussing this work
>with the wider IETF community, it was clear that this type of format would
>benefit many more use cases outside of QUIC as well. As such, qlog is now
>being developed as a flexible general-purpose format, supporting various
>protocols, vantage points and tooling setups. Community input is requested to
>make sure qlog covers as wide a set of use cases as possible and properly
>takes into account aspects such as privacy and security. Further discussion
>can also be done at https://github.com/quiclog/internet-drafts
