We recently asked for feedback [1] on the assessment framework and decision-making process for the decision on whether or not the in-person IETF 108 Madrid can go ahead. We reviewed the feedback and made a number of changes as a result. The final assessment framework is now published [2] and will be used next week when the assessment is made.
A follow-up will also be sent to [email protected] detailing how the feedback we received was addressed. The survey on planning for possible online IETF meetings is underway and the results from that will be shared in due course. If you have any additional feedback on planning for IETF 108 then please send that to [email protected] Thank you for your assistance.
