As announced at IETF 113’s IETF Trust Update [1], the IETF Trust is considering a proposal to update the legal structure of the IETF Trust from a Virginia Trust to a not-for-profit Delaware Corporation.
A webinar on the proposal will be held on May 23, 2022 to present the details and to begin a consultation on the proposal.
