The semantics defined in this document update RFC8401 and RFC8444. Working Group Summary The draft has been reviewed by a reasonable number of people in the BIER and LSR working groups. Publication of the draft received a fair number of supporters and no objections from the working group. Document Quality No implementations are known. The document specifies general interaction rules for the BAR and IPA.
