Technical Summary

   This document clarifies an ambiguity in the Network Service Header (NSH) 
specification, as relates to the handling of the O bit, and provides clarity to 
the meaning of an "OAM Packet" as discussed in [RFC8300].

Working Group Summary

  There was nothing major to note in the working group as regards this 
document.  Support in the WGLC was limited yet positive, and the issues that 
were raised during the course of the document progression have been adequately 
addressed.

Document Quality

   There are multiple implementations of RFC8300 which this document updates, 
some open source and some proprietary.
