The IESG has updated their statement about EtherTypes.
The updated IESG statement is mainly about editorial changes:
1. Replacing "Ethertype" by "EtherType"
2. Provide another link to the roles of IEEE RA/RAC
3. Update the reference as now the amendment is incorporated in the main
IEEE standard
