Hello, For the first time, IETF group leadership training previously offered only to current chairs is available to anyone who is:
• currently serving as a chair, • considering serving as a chair, or • curious about what the role of group chair entails. So, if you are an IETF participant and have ever been interested in learning more about the skills needed to effectively chair a group, please consider joining! These courses offer information and insights to encourage contribution, resolve conflict, and reach consensus for groups you lead or participate in. They have been developed based on previous IETF working group chair training and in consultation with group chairs and members of the Internet Engineering Steering Group (IESG). They have been further refined based on feedback from participants in previous editions. The courses are interactive and include discussions among participants, which has been one of the most highly rated aspects of past editions.
