This document is the product of the Codec Encoding for LossLess Archiving and Realtime transmission Working Group. The IESG contact persons are Murray Kucherawy and Francesca Palombini. Working Group Summary Pretty much all the relevant people are at the IETF WG. There was nothing controversial in its handling. Document Quality The document represents codification of 20 years of implementation experience. Notable implementations include vlc, ffmpeg. A review of the media type registration was done. Personnel Michael Richardson is the document shepherd.
