The IESG received community feedback for its announcement of the
ALLDISPATCH experiment at IETF 119 [1]. Based on that feedback, we are
continuing with the experiment, with added detail as described below.

High-order bits

Three respondents expressed approval of the experiment. There was
additional verbal positive feedback.

However, two commenters suggested that GENDISPATCH remain a separate
session. We opted to include it because it has similarly broad scheduling
conflicts, although we agree that it is thematically separate from the
other streams. We will revisit this decision at the conclusion of the
experiment. Nevertheless, the agenda will have start times for each
accepted topic, so attendees can choose what to attend.

Another commenter mentioned that competing sessions are likely to be
deserted. The IESG will only schedule other sessions against DISPATCH by
exception. We anticipate that any conflicting sessions, if necessary, will
consist of the handful of groups where participants are largely
disconnected from the rest of IETF.

Low-order bits

One comment approved of the 0830 start time.

There were also suggestions about how to run the meeting. The IESG will
leave low-level meeting management to the chairs, who are experienced with
these matters, but will pass these recommendations to those chairs.
