In May, the IAB co-signed a joint letter together with the Global Encryption Coalition[1] in response to Australian eSafety proposed industry standards, calling on the eSafety Commissioner to protect the privacy and safety of all users by protecting end-to-end encrypted services.
The IAB remains concerned about the use of client-side scanning[2], and encourages the IETF community and broader Internet community to continuously raise these concerns.
