The IETF Ombudsteam [1] is a designated group of people who have been selected
to handle reports of potential harassment in the IETF. They help the IETF
maintain an environment in which people of many different backgrounds are
treated with dignity, decency, and respect per the IETF Anti-Harassment Policy
[2].

After the IETF 120 meeting, Melinda Shore stepped down from the Ombudsteam
after more than five years of service. I would like to thank Melinda not only
for her time on the Ombudsteam, but also for the many years prior, where her
technical leadership and example ensured that the IETF was a welcoming
environment.

As a reminder, the Ombudsteam can be reached at [email protected] or at their
individual addresses listed on [1]. The IETF Anti-Harassment Procedures that
govern the Ombudsteam's operations can be found at [3].

Regards,
Roman Danyliw
IETF Chair
