Hi!

The IESG received follow-up questions about the IETF 125 decision.  To enable 
the community to benefit from the individual answers provided by the IESG, the 
original decision document was updated with a FAQ in Appendix E and additional 
views of the survey results were added to Sections 3.5 and 3.6.
