Hello, As the NomCom work is coming to the interview and deliberation phase, feedback is needed and welcome in many forms:
- The web: https://datatracker.ietf.org/nomcom/2024/feedback/ - Email: [email protected] - In person: The NomCom will be operating office hours during IETF 121 (see below). Look for NomCom members (we will have an orange dot on our badges). - Anonymously/indirectly: We don't have an anonymous feedback system, but any member of the IETF community can submit feedback on behalf of another person. I am happy to do this for you and have asked that NomCom members also offer to accept anonymous feedback. The NomCom has two offices (Liffey Boardroom 1 and 2) on level 1 of the Convention Centre. https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/121/floor-plan?room=the-forum if you want to come in person to provide feedback, NomCom team will be there every day from 8am to 5pm >From Monday to Friday, NomCom is open for feedback from 8a - 9am and 12-1pm Other times are reserved for interviews with nominee. The schedule is not full yet and there will be open times, but don't know yet which exact ones. You can drop by during the above times, but please knock, if the door is closed. We might be interviewing or talking to someone. If you would like to reserve some of the above time in advance, send me a note. If one room is vacant, we can talk in the free room, if not we can find another space to talk. Thanks to everyone who has provided feedback already.
