Hello, You are receiving this email because you registered for IETF 121 notating a dietary restriction (vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten free). We wanted to give information on where you can expect to find designated food that fits your needs. All vegan and vegetarian food will be included into the regular buffet lines, and clearly labeled as “VEGAN” or “VEGETARIAN”. We have ordered a plethora of friendly options to accommodate your needs.
Gluten free food will be placed on a separate table away from the main buffet line (located in the far right corner of the forum) and will have a sign that says “DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. This food is for GLUTEN-FREE guests only”. Additionally, due to policies in place at the convention center, this table will also be stationed with a chef who will personally retrieve your items from the kitchen to ensure no cross contamination. Though you may have a slight wait when retrieving your food, we hope this ensures your health and safety. We hope that this helps assist with any confusion when locating your food.
