The Drone Remote ID Protocol (drip) WG in the INT Area has concluded. The IESG
contact persons are Éric Vyncke and Tommy Jensen.

The mailing list will remain active.

After 6 years of existence and 5 RFCs published, all the work items of
the charter have been achieved.

Special thanks to the DRIP chairs: Daniel Migault, Mohamed Boucadair,
Murray Kuchewary and, of course, to the authors: Stu Card, Adam
Wiethuechter, Bob Moskowitz, Andrei Gurtov, Shuai Zhao, and Jim Reid.
I would have hoped for more authors and reviewers, but the WG was
probably too 'niche'. The lack of strong interactions with Civil
Aviation Authorities was also somehow disappointing.

Please note:

* The mailing list will stay open and feel free to share DRIP-
related activities such as hackathon, interop testing, side meetings,
... as long as this is not a commercial email.
* The 2 "recent"
drafts from Adam were not intended to be adopted by the DRIP WG
anyway, so, they can still be published via the REGEXT WG or AD
sponsoring (specially for the "conops" one)
* The DRIP WG can be re-
activated (relatively easy) if required; as discussed earlier, a more
operations focused WG could also be created
* DRIP-related
activities can always be done at hackathon or side meetings
