RFC 7589 defines how to protect Network Configuration Protocol (NETCONF) 
messages with TLS 1.2. This document updates RFC 7589 to update support 
requirements for TLS 1.2 and add TLS 1.3 support requirements, including 
restrictions on the use of TLS 1.3's early data.

This document is a product of the Network Configuration Working Group of the 
IETF.

STANDARDS TRACK: This document specifies an Internet Standards Track
protocol for the Internet community, and requests discussion and
suggestions for improvements. Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
