Nor, of course, does it mean that it does. Could you give us a list of the list managers that you've tried it with? I presume you've done Mailman 2 but how about Mailman 3? Sympa? LISTSERV? Groups.io? phpList? Discourse? Yahoo Groups (it's still quite popular)? Google Groups?
