Right. Earlier this year someone published an OMG DKIM TOTALLY BROKEN press 
release
pointing out what we already knew about l=. It turned out there was one bulk 
mailer using
it, who stopped as soon as I told them about it, and maybe one mail server that 
was
sometimes misconfigured to use it.
