I have Sympa set up to add boilerplate in front of the text of the messages
to one of my lists.  This is one of their standard options, nothing special.
Depending on the structure of the message it might splice in the text or it
might be a separate MIME part.

The point is similar to ARC in that you want to be able to look back through
a mailing list and see if the incoming message was DMARC aligned, allowing
retroactive spam or phish filtering for lists that don't do much of their own.
