This is more intended to set a flag than provoke an answer, since we're
in the midst of protocol specification. However, it may be something
worth keeping in mind at this phase...
A colleague brought up interoperability testing for DKIM2. DMARC reports
aren't comprehensive, but they really helped pinpoint issues when it
came time to test implementations and known sending scenarios, or as
additional early implementations were deployed.
Are the reports from the DKIM2 "fb=" tag going to provide enough
information to the domain owner to determine whether nascent
implementations are operating as expected? Or do we expect to compile
that from other sources - an FBL, or sprinkled on DMARC reports, or...?
