not much change here, see my other messages for rationale for the
changes (and for the things I did not feel should be updated at this
point ... I'd have held off for those except submission of drafts is
about to be frozen for 2 weeks)

the changes are:

   Provided summary of unsigned header fields.

   Added text for situation when the highest DKIM2-Signature field of an
   incoming message has an nd= tag.

   Added text to clarify checking of Message-Instance in a DSN.
