Probably not, since "the IP of the signing domain" is a fairly meaningless concept. For my domain iecc.com, what's the IP? The A record of iecc.com? Of www.iecc.com? The A of the MX? Something else? I think we all agree that we'll need ways to assess reputation, but I hope we can keep them out of the scope of MASS in the interest of finishing in less than a thousand years.
