Thanks for providing me an opportunity to distinguish between making "substantive" changes to the specification versus merely re-organizing things. The current reorganization made NO substantive changes except bug fixes. And so, for example, controversial items such as MUA discussion were preserved. Although they might be worthy of further discussion, that discussion has NOTHING to do with the current round of effort.
