May I respectfully resubmit "don't implement" as:
"Please understand that any experience you gain implementing
this draft will be a valuable input to the standards process and
that your and others input may cause the protocol to change
substantially before it becomes a standard"
or, more succicently,
"Don't whine when this changes".
