Most non-technocrats have a lot of trouble envisioning technology that doesn't yet exist.
I wonder if anyone has seen a survey or random ordinary users of email and what they find deficient? I can think of things I'd like and think aren't cool, but well replumbing a planet for me isn't really fair to the 1E9-1 other users! Regs Dan
