OTOH, I find myself in agreement with John Klensin about the difficulty of the task; and I find myself very much in agreement with Brian Carpenter that the commitment by a broad selection of IETF folks to tackle the issue is lacking. I most strongly urge Eliot to move the discussion of this draft to another mailing-list.
