This is to announce a change in the dates for IETF 86 in March 2013
targeted for a North American venue.
The dates have been changed to March 10 - 15 from March 17-22, 2013.
Venue information is expected to be announced in the next two weeks.
Clashes with the schedules of other organizations were avoided in
accordance with the IETF Clash List <http://www.ietf.org/meetings/clash_list.html
