Thus [BOF proposals] take more time to evaluate [than requests for WG sessions]. ________________________________________ I'm sure that's true. But that doesn't change the fact that a useful BOF idea is likely to be conceived with less lead time before an IETF meeting than a need for a WG session. Do we organize the schedule process based on what is most valuable or what makes the ADs lives easier?
