Hi Stefan, Sorry for the trouble. I would definitely recommend deleting and starting over with the binary installer. If you run into trouble with that, running the "GetLarch.sh" in a Terminal would probably be the most helpful, as it will create a log file that might have some clues about what went wrong. And, like Jeff said, if you don't get the Larch folder of Apps, typing ~/xraylarch/bin/larch -m
in a Terminal should remake those.
