So, what's up with iFolder?
It seems that Novell has made little effort since November 2006 on
communicating their intentions regarding iFolder. Is there still a
community left?
In his appearance on Novell's Open Audio podcast, Jason Williams
promised to get onto the iFolder wiki and provide additional information
"within the next few weeks." Well, it's been over three months and
nothing has happened.
It looks like only Novell Linux server and clients are available, and
not even OpenSuse 10.2 at that.
At this point, I can't recommend iFolder to clients who want to buy it
as a product, let alone the open source project.
I hope I'm wrong, but I'm not optimistic about iFolder at this point.
