Thatz correct! We have changed the Invitation/Subscription Model to
simple Membership model. So no more invitations! The owner of the
iFolder can add/remove (no invite->accept/deny states) the user from a
ifolder. And again, the user will be able to download it immediately. 

This design was introduced for scalability reasons.
