Hello Guys, We have a problem with a customer, basically the iFolder DB is inconsistent, at it has a user that we can not get rid off.
here is what happened:
After deleting the eDir user named „Kerstin“, Customer had a sync error between eDir and iFolder. in eDir the user was gone, in iFolder not. Doing a search in iManager for the iFolder user, Customer gets an error like in the File „stack trace“ you find attached. Then Customer recreated the User Kerstin in eDir but he was unable to reconnect this user to the old iFolder. Since this we have one eDir user „Kerstin“ and two iFolder users „Kerstin“ At this time Customer called me and we started to use the „orphanfixup.tar.gz“ but the result is: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/opt/novell/ifolder3/web> ./orphanfixup --quiet No orphaned collections to adopt.
Is there any way to make a direct connection to the Simias DB and delete this user? As far as I remember it was a sqlite DB, what we will like is to go into a servicing console and delete the record directly. regards, Oscar. -------- Forwarded Message -------- > From: Daniel Sundrup <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: Oscar Forero <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: iFolder > Date: Wed, 11 Apr 2007 09:22:10 +0000 > > > > Hi Oscar, > > heres a short describtion on what haoppened. > > Server: OES SP2 > > iFolder: 3.2 > > > What happened! > > > After deleting the eDir user named „Kerstin“, Customer had a sync > error between eDir and iFolder. > > in eDir the user was gone, in iFolder not.
