Here is /etc/simias/simias.conf:
<configuration>
  <section name ="Authentication">
    <setting name="SimiasAuthNotRequired" value="Login.ashx,
Simias.asmx:PingSimias, POService.asmx:Invite, Simias.asmx:GetRAList,
Simias.asmx:GetRACertificate" />
    <setting name="SimiasRequireSSL" value="no" />
  </section>
  <section name="StoreProvider">
    <setting name="Assembly" value="SimiasLib.dll" />
    <setting name="Type" value="Simias.Storage.Provider.Flaim.FlaimProvider" />
  </section>
</configuration>

Does this list allow attachments? I will try to attach the other config files.
If this does not work, i can give access to the SLES10 box. Just let me know
